Aimee & Aaron have been on a magical honeymoon and now I can share the story of their day with you!

We started at Aimee's family home in Ballina, where things were buzzing! I love that kind of atmosphere- excitement & anticipation- with lots of people coming and going.

I have to say Aimee has impeccable taste...

from the flowers by Alstonville Florist

to her stunning Maggie Sottero gown

and all the gorgeous details at the reception.

First to get ready was Xavier... SO cute!

and can pose himself!

Aimee was so calm and serene...

Then it was off to St Kevins in Bangalow for the wedding ceremony!

The boys were looking pretty serious...

but the minute this gorgeous bride walked towards him, their were smiles all round!

Xavier thought he might like to blow out a few candles...

Back at Lennox we had to compete with an awesome surf!

and we were just in time for a beautiful sunset on the river

I know there have been a few people waiting for this story, so here it is...

Aaron is mad about fishing, and from what I had been told is pretty good at it.

I asked a fisherman at the pier if he minded us using one of his rods for a shot and we set it up quickly.

This one is Aaron fooling me into thinking he had one- we all had a bit of a laugh...

until the expression on his face changed to this...

then to this...

and this...

then OMG he actually has something...

to pulling in a huge flathead! I have never seen anyone catch anything other than pesky bream on that pier!

Yes, he is an amazing fisherman and they will have a story that  I'm sure no one else could tell about their wedding day!

Needless to say everyone was in a happy mood!

The reception was at the Ramada, Ballina which had fantastic service & food... and just look at how beautifully it was decorated.

Congratulations Aimee & Aaron- thank you for having Eliza and I capture your day! We had a wonderful time!
