Delectable Degustation! {Northern Rivers Commercial Photography}

I'm tempting your tastebuds today, (especially for all you Master Chef addicts out there) with some delicious food from 561 Alphadale Restaurant! An 8 course degustation cooked by Peter Fleming & hosted by the gorgeous Busara was simply magic!

Here are a few samples of what the guests tasted!

Canapes (Torched meridith goats cheese on garlic croute with black grape & roasted capsicum)

Poisson (Poached local snapper with hand carved vegetables, crisp potato gallete and beetroot jus)

Main(Seared venison Loin with cauliflower cream, stewed prunes, leek straws and cauliflower creme brulee au Michel)
